I tried to run quick campaign for three leads but one of the record is going in Excluded members section automatically and email is not sent to that record
Also I found this view associate with that subgrid, i have no idea what is the use of the below filter
Could anybody please guide me on why it is going to the Excluded members grid?

We also need to check whether the Lead field "Do not allow Emails" is Yes.

When i add it to marketing list and distribute I'm able to send mail
But if i send mail to same ID using quick campaign the above issue is appearing
Actually we do not have the field you have mentioned on our form, so i searched using advance filter, there is no email set as "Bulk email to Do not allow".

Please check if the Lead's Bulk Email is Do not Allow.
