Can we hide Save and Route button on CRM Entity form with some security role or other configuration changes?

Hi,
Yes you can use Ribbon Workbench to do this.
It will not be based on a particular security role, but a privilege.
You can create an enable rule for the command of the button, and set it to a particular privilege that will only be visible to users with that privilege.
