
When inter-store is selected and lookup button pressed, the resulting window is empty and no stores are showing up. However, the stores are set up, each site (2) has the multi-store information, and headquarters manager shows the two stores.
Additional piece of information. in one of the stores, store manager->inventory has a check stores button. When it is clicked, an error message is returned that HQ could not be contacted. The other store store manager->inventory does not have this button.
However, both stores can synch with headquarters, and worksheets are being pushed out and processed.
Where can we look for clues?

I have the same question (0)Let me add a bit of additional detail. When Store Operations Manager is run: Edit Items->select item from list->check stores.
The list of stores appears, but all the quantities are 0, and the updated column for the stores is displaying <na>.
However, if I click on the properties button for that inventory item and then select the inventory tab, it shows the correct quantity for that store.
The configuration of each store's Headquarters Client is set to point to itself as the address on the HQ Client tab. However, we experimented by pointing them to the same location, and also to each other. There was no change in results.
In other words, inter-store transfers do not show a to store location, and the check stores does not show any quantities.
