Background calculations could not start due to resource starvation

Hi, I keep getting this error when try to open in excel in Recurring Gen Journals. Not sure what's the issue on this:

    Please try re-installing the addin for excel.

    You could see the detail of the error, to see where the problem would be. I found this page, is it possible that you use any other third party products?
