Duplicate Number for Objects in Application Language

Hi:
 
In an Application Language project in Visual Studio Code, one Report object has an ID of 54000.
 
Another is a Permissions Set object with an ID of 54000.
 
Can the same number, 54000, be used in the same project even though each is a separate object?
