Is there a solution to keeping emails in-sync with Dynamics Online and Exchange when the user's UPN doesn't match their primary email address?
Attempting to approve their email address results in an exception.
The SystemUser: 9b1ba778-d72e-e811-a977-000d3a1a7c04 email jeffrey.williams@MoneySolver.org doesn't match with UPN.

Hello,
Which Dynamics 365 Online version are you on?
I tested this a little over a month ago and got the same error. Then I tested it again last week with a user with mismatch between UPN and primary email, and it worked like a charm. I can't seem to find any documentation on a fix, but could it have been fixed sometime over the course of the last month?
The environment where this seemingly just started working is on 9.1.0.3648
Regards,
Rasmus
We have a hybrid Exchange Online installation and are also facing this issue,
does anyone have a solution to this?
I think what Arun means is that in AD you can set up a uPNSuuffix on the OU the Links in with your CRM:
I'm not sure what you mean by administration scope of work. I need to know if there is a workaround to having a UPN that doesn't match the primary email address and ensuring that mail stays synced with D365.
This is more of an IT administration scope of work. Can you work with your Networking team & sort this? Or atleast post in serverfault or other forums.
