Load planning work bench release errors

hi

we are using load planning workbench in D365 F&O 10.0.7, and from here we release the loads to the warehouse for pick

we have issues with some sales orders on the loads, when they are missing a county/city field etc

this puts a hard stop on the load from being released 

we can tick the over ride button bypass the address issue, but it does nothing, the load will still not release for pick

2 questions

1.is the override button not working a defect?

2. is there config that controls what is a hard stop regarding addresses etc

    Hello Raff,

    Do you get an invalid address error ?

    Are you using shipment consolidation feature ?

    Please check the following fix:

    yes we have address error and use shipment consolidation

    we dont use auto release to warehouse though, we manually release the loads, and we would like to ignore the address error and release all of the orders regardless

    Hello Raff,

    Basically, manual release and automatic release are doing the same checks, since you are using shipment consolidation and probably the address is part of the shipment consolidation policy, this may be a mandatory check.
