There is no Value Entry within the filter.

Hello everyone,
 
We are having the following error when we try to post an item journal with positive and negative adjustments:
 
There is no Value Entry within the filter. Filters: Item Ledger Entry No: 9041251
 
 
When I look into that item ledger entry I see that hasn't value entrie. How could be that possible and how can be fix it?
 
The Item ledger entry is a Sales Shipment.
 
I'll appreciate any answer that could help.

    Last time I saw this problem, it was caused by customization.
    Please uninstall all extensions other than Microsoft, then recreate the details and try posting again.
     
     
    Hope this can give you some hints.

    We fixed this error with a customization to close that item entry.
