SQLServer Message 15517 in OM & Purchasing module

Hello All,

Does anyone come across with this issue? The OM & Purchasing module was working fine a week before till i created a new application DB in the same system DB. The Current System DB have two application DB including newly created. I never seen this error message before. 

Environment

SL version : SL 2011 SP2

SQL server : SQL Server 2008 R2

    Hi Karthik, verify the user exist in SQL - Security - Logins just like that:
