Does UR12 on server work with outlook integration UR8?

Hi

Have a customer whose server would be in need of upgrading to UR12 due to more browser support. They have quite a few outlook clients and it's always a hassle to get everybody to update their outlook clients. Currently they are all on UR8. If we install UR12 on the serverside will it break the outlook integration if they're still on UR8? Eventually they will all be upgraded to 12 but it usually takes quite a while until they all been upgraded as they have limited rights on their machines and they are quite mobile.

Kjell,

The current best practice for Server UR12 to be within one UR (ie UR 11) on the clients. I do not believe that the CRM product team tested UR 8 clients with UR 12 Server.
