Hi,

I wanted to create an sla in account entity but upon publishing my customizations and creating a new account, the timer is not showing. Here are the steps that I did, I followed the instructions here:community.dynamics.com/.../how-to-configure-slas

  • enable Accounts for SLA
  • create SLA KPIs 1:N relationship
  • configure the timer in SLA KPI Instance > Forms.
  • place the SLA lookup, SLA KPI Instance quick view form and SLA KPI Instance sub grid on the Account form.
  • create SLAs in Service Management > Service Level Agreements

    Hi Jane,

You may set the SLA as Default SLA by opening the SLA record and then clicking Set as Default.

    Hope this helps.
