Creating Single View for appointment, Email and Phone Call.

I would like to create single view for appointment, Email and Phone Call with custom fields, on that view i would like to develop chat and show in dashboard. I was able to develop individual separate views and charts for these entities and show on dashboard in separate charts. 

Can some one please suggest me how can make it possible in single chart or report?

    You can create a personal view and then create a chart like below:

    Go to advanced find>>Select look for as 'Activities'>> Filter activity type to 'Phone Call, Email & appointments' and save this view

    Go to sales>.Activities>>select the above created view under all activities and create a chart

    You can also create a system view and system chart, process would be same as above. you just have to go to customization instead of advanced find.

    Click on edit columns shown in image 1 >> add columns (custom fields)

    Add category (custom field) to the chart shown in image 2
