Notes not showing on Edit Case Entity Form of Customer Service Portal

Hello Expert,

I am facing issue while Editing Case from Portal. On the entity form of edit case I can't see Add Notes section. Even I am unable to see any note added from CRM. Only thing I can see is Portal Comments there. 

Any idea what can be wrong there?

PS I have checked entity permissions, entity metadata and web roles as well.

    Hi Preeti,

    We need to do some additional configurations to see the note section in portals, follow the Microsoft docs - docs.microsoft.com/.../configure-notes

    additionally, Only notes with the prefix *WEB* will be published to the portal from. so, just add the *WEB* in front of the body of the note text as your are creating the Note in the CRM

    must be something you are missing for sure, check the entity permissions on notes to the web-role you logged in with.

    Hi, Thanks for replies. I found the solution in other thread by Sreevalli as "we can't show both portal comments and notes on same form".

    So we can either have portal comments or notes on the form.

    Hi Preeti,

    Create another edit page with note section and populate that form on show notes(Custom) button click,
