When i complete a production order to the ended status the stock normally shows up within the on hand list to the location it was RAF'd in to, but recently the stock has not been showing up can anybody explain why that might be? thanks!
Did you post Output on your Production Order prior to posting? I think the system requires at least 1 qty be output prior to finishing, unless you fall into category 2 below.
The other option (category 2) is your Work/Machine Center on your final operation was marked as Backflushed, which would auto-post the Output when changing status to Finished. If that Work/Machine Center was changed to Manual, this would not happen and therefore no Output recorded. Which would make me revert to the original question above, did you post any output for the Production Order?
Remember the final operation on a Production Order is the ONLY operation that will create an increase to Quantity on Hand for the Item being produced.
