I was looking at the wrong data source.

It is also available on our version despite the feature being not activated or even visible on the feature list.

In a 10.0.28, that field is only available is feature is enabled.

It's under a table extension

I am still on 10.0.25 , it is def a bug as the field is not even available from the table via AOT but there is some code which I posted in this thread.

As far as I know, this feature is in private preview, so only a selected number of customers have access.

in a 10.0.28 environment that field is not visible. I think it must be a D365 error.

What version are you viewing in production?

Is it normal that the field "Base Purchase - Price" is actually available in the prod environment despite the feature being in Pre-view?

The feature is not even available in our feature list

The feature name is "(Preview) Unified Pricing and discounts".

It's a new micro-service Unified pricing service, that allows you to create a complex pricing engine based on multiple fields ( Customer, etc).

Similar to Tax Services, where you can create tax conditions for all most all fields of D365.

It's in preview

Hello Emma,

I did check the code and here are my findings.

This is part of a new Feature called GUPGlobal which my understanding is for Global Unified Pricing

By ticking this flag you are NOT going to use the base price against the product but you are going to use a new table called GUP ITEM BASE PRICE

according to the code so it seems you can have now date intervals and define different purchase prices for the same product

Now as functional, I cannot tell:

how this feature is called in the workspace Feature Management

cannot find any D365 documentation.

Do you mean that it will pick up the price in this field?

But this field is used already today if no trade agreements exists so I don´t really understand what difference the tick box should make?

Hi Emma,

Short answer like this - If there is no purchase trade agreement price, system should be able to pick up the Base price- purchase price if you ticked red circled field.
