Global search issues, not find lead record

When doing a global search for test, it doesn't come back with any Leads, even though test in in an active lead record.  Lead is in searchable entities list and I have added Name to the quick view, why wouldnt it show up?

    Hi USA80,

    1.Please make sure you added the name filed in quick find view.

    2. After saving the view, please publish it:

    Then search it again.
