Can anyone say why the error message,

"This Microsoft Outlook record was previously linked to Microsoft CRM. The data is no longer synchronized with Microsoft CRM"

appears against an Appointment when synchronizing the CRM Outlook client and how to replicate this error?

    I have seen this before... Dont remember exactly how to replicate...

    You might want to try the following

    You install outlook client and link it with CRM org. This syncs backs the activities in outlook.

    There after unlink the outlook with CRM org. And try to link it again with another org...

    I think i have seen it when i had to unlink outlook with crm and link it again... after a crm server break-down that required re-install of crm...

    Hello ,

    Check if your CRM is web client and the Outlook client are on same update rollup. After doing that re-configure the Outlook Client.
