Recently am moved from CRM support to developer stage, please guide me with your suggestion and share your experience. And any learning platform if you have please provide.

    Though you have not mentioned which product you moved in , I am assuming Dynamics 365 CE  and Transitioning from CRM support to development  is a great move! and open your new learning doors with hands on practice , you might be getting chance now to develop the requirement from scratch and you will run your mind for new development solutions.

    Focus on these key areas:

    Skills to Learn

    • Customization & Configuration
    • Development: Plugins (C#), Custom Workflow Activities
    • JavaScript for client-side scripting
    • Power Automate for integrations
    • Dataverse & API: Web API, SDK, OData

    Learning Resources

    • Microsoft Learn – Dynamics 365 Developer Path
    • Complete PL-400 certification with hands-on practice
    • Udemy – CE Development & Power Platform courses

    Start with Microsoft Learn, practice in a trial environment, and gradually move to advanced topics like PCF and Azure integrations. Keep us posted if you need any specific guidance
