Warehouse only mode / Sync Released products

Fellow Warehouse Experts,

I did not find any hint on the web nor here so I psot my question here: I have two legal entities: A and WOM. WOM is the logistics LE with Warehouse only mode set up. The latter has several source systems configured, one of them is the first LE A.

Now I need to sync the released products from LE A to WOM. The Item number in WOM should be from a number sequence. Now I encounter one of two problems:

Release the products to company A: Number sequence is ok, also the "Source system items" records are created. Inacceptable downside is that the configuration is not complete (tracking dimension, batch number group etc.).
Import into "Released products V2": Configuration is ok, but I do not get the Item number being taken from the number sequence for items.

Is there a way to either "copy" the released products to LE WOM (with a necessary change in Item model group, which needs to be a non-valuated type) or import with using the number sequence?
