    Hi,

    maybe you system Admin changed the sitemap our Dynamics 365.

    Anonther way to acces it is to go to any Dashboard and and on the upper right you will have a drop down list next the your Dashbord Title where you will find the all list of your Dashborads.

    By default, the Field Service does not show “My Work” group. Even adding a new group and its subarea by navigating to Settings -> Customization -> Customize the System -> Client Extensions does not add the new Group as “FieldServiceAppModuleSiteMap” is managed.

    One solution to this problem is as follows:-

    1. Make a new solution. Add existing sitemap component only to the solution.

    2. Export this solution as unmanaged.

    3. Add  the following code in “FieldService” area in the customization file

    <Group Id="MyWork" ResourceId="Group_MyWork" DescriptionResourceId="My_Work_Description" ToolTipResourseId="My_Work_ToolTip" IntroducedVersion="7.0.0.0">

    <SubArea Id="nav_dashboards" ResourceId="Homepage_Dashboards" DescriptionResourceId="Dashboards_Description" ToolTipResourseId="Dashboards_ToolTip" Icon="/_imgs/area/18_home.gif" Url="/workplace/home_dashboards.aspx" GetStartedPanePath="Dashboards_Web_User_Visor.html" GetStartedPanePathAdmin="Dashboards_Web_Admin_Visor.html" GetStartedPanePathOutlook="Dashboards_Outlook_User_Visor.html" GetStartedPanePathAdminOutlook="Dashboards_Outlook_Admin_Visor.html" DefaultDashboard="45f88f83-0e67-443b-bd05-81d49719f6b1" IntroducedVersion="7.0.0.0">

    <Privilege Entity="msdynsm_salessitemap" Privilege="Read" />

    </SubArea>

    </Group>

    (Tip:- You can copy this code from under the “Area_Sales” area group and edit according to your requirement)

    4. Save the file and compress all the exported solution files to one folder.

    5. Import this updated solution. Publish all customizations.

    By performing the following steps we are able to add Group “My Work” and its subgroup in Field Service area successfully.

    Note:  It is an unmanaged solution, so the changes applied by importing an unmanaged solution cannot be uninstalled.
