Hi all,
we use the Outlook CRM Client <Track> + <Convert to case> functionality to create CRM cases for our incoming emails.
For cases created this way the email subject is per default used for the case title.
When changing the CRM case title (e.g. from "Image Refresh Error" to "UCXp, DU....."), the Regarding in the tracked email is never updated to the new case title.
In this image you can see the tracked email, and the Regarding "Image Refresh Error" (the old title of the case).
Click on Regarding "Image Refresh Error" opens the correct case, with the new title.
This is a CRM 2011 Outlook Client, UR15, Server CRM 2011 OnPremise UR15. The CRM 2011 Outlook Client is ONLINE).
We have already started a manually sync, restarted Outlook.....
Same behavior on all clients. On CRM 2013 Online we are able to reproduce this issue...
Any ideas ?
