I am looking for a sample data file in order to import documents into Voucher and Adjustment Entry? We are starting to use Concur Invoice and we would like to be able to import an excel or csv file into Voucher and Adjustment Entry? Has anyone done this before?

Are you looking for an import file specific for use with Concur, or the standard SL voucher import file?

I guess both. We can format our export file from Concur to match a standard SL vouch & adjustment file.  Anything you could share would be very helpful!

Check out the system manager pdf in the UserGuides folder if you installed them. Around page 80 is the format and description for the data files to use Transaction Import (TI)

thanks. I was hoping someone out there had a template that they were using already.

I don't think templates can be used easily... you really do need a more robust solution.

I found the guy at Solys Partners (www.SolysPartners.com) very good at creating a custom import for Concur AP and Concur T&E.

For Concur AP and T&E, solyspartners is a really good group to work with. Their SL import solution with an option to automate and schedule imports with email notifications is a huge time saver.  Concur files and pretty much any type of data that needs to be imported into SL without using TI.
