Hi,

The very strange thing is happening in my dynamics 365 organization, that all of sudden Buttons on the forms has stopped working.

On lead page the Qualify,Disqualify button isn't working. On Quote create Order button is not creating the Order.

Kindly suggest something. No customization has been done on Lead page.

Also I tried but it didn't help :-

Thanks

Prashant Verma

    Hi Prashant,

There was a bug recently on these buttons, not sure if the was fix was released yet.

I would suggest you to contact MS.

    did this instance recently upgraded?

Can you please check that your CRM version and database version are matching?

This has been a known issue, which I just saw a resolution in another post.

Go to your instance, click on top right settings and click "ABOUT" if you see:

When you see that there is a version mismatched between your CRM Online version and your database version, you raise a ticket, mention that your Database and Scale Group Versions are mismatched and ask to resolve the issue (this will save support troubleshooting and might get your resolution faster).

Microsoft Support will update your instance and you should get a resolution.

You can see the following conversation:

    Hope this helps.

Well, this is very interesting. I wish I had taken a screen print a few days ago since I seem to remember the CRM and DB versions were different. Now I look at the about and I see they match (9.0.2.54). And voila! the Add quote buttons now work properly. Maybe a patch just got caught up in the new deployment. Thanx for the suggestions
