Dear All,

I am having problem with HITB report since it giving me a value 5 times bigger than actual GL balance.  I ran the reset tool after deleting the records on 3 SEE tables with no luck.  Finally I dropped the tables including SEE30303 and now I am running into error when I run reset tool.  The following is the error.

    Hi Babu,

How did you dropped the table using SQL or by SQL Maintenance in GP?

Can you try dropping the table and auto procedures using SQL Maintenance and try recreating them by using Create and Create Auto procedures.

    Hi Shan,

I dropped the table in SQL but not dropped any auto procedures.  Do you know what all are the auto procedures need to be dropped.

    Hi Babu,

I am not aware of the the procedures. But, you can try by using SQL Maintenance in GP to drop procedures by highlighting the specific table which will take care of the all the table references.

    Hi Shan,

That did trick and thanks for your response.  Just to tell what I have done for the community,  as per your instruction I went to

Microsoft Dynamics GP menu >> Maintenance >> SQL

Changed the Database to correct database

Changed the product HITB  IV Rest Tool

Selected all the procedures and selected drop Auto Procedure and Ran HITB reset which just works fine.

    RE: HITB Reset Tool

    Hi Shan,

I am having a problem with the HITB report after the reset. It is giving me a doubled quantity and value than before the reset.

I created a batch in each step 4 &5 using the same GL account COGS.

I read an article about deleting some SEE tables before running the process. Is that the step I missed that caused the HITB report to be wrong?
