Integration between PowerApps and Google Maps Api

Hello everyone,

i have problem with integrations between PowerApps and Google Maps API.

I try to connect Api named Places API, to make users typing name of place in TextInput or Combobox, its connect with that API and automacly shows suggested places.

I tryed diffrent ways od make it happend but it's just not working.

Do You have any suggestions how to make it happend? Or maybe it's just impossible to make.

Hi Maciej,

it is possible to integrate, can you explain what exactly you try to achieve? Which data should be requested, shown and stored?

My advice is to use a PCF for this task. Either selfmade or via PCFGallery.

I also integrated the Google Places API and used it together with a PCF control from PCFGallery: https://pcf.gallery/address-autocomplete/

When you look into the docs and code it will surely help you with your task.

Also make sure you have a valid API key and hide it from your users or better: set up IP restrictions on your API key, so that it can be just used from your environments.
