I am not seeing a total weight field in personalization or design mode in a Sandbox.  You would need to create a PTE to create a custom field.

    Hi,

Create Flowfield in the header for achieving the above requirement.

If you go to the statistics for sales order (F7) when you are on the sales header. You can see both net weight and gross weight for the total of your sales order.

    Hi Inge,

We have the item weight entered, but Sales Order F7 still show empty on Gross Weight, is there any thing needs to set up?

You need to have gross weight registered on your items, besides that there should not be any setup.

Can you confirm that the gross weight is in place on your item cards / Item unit of measures ?
