Phone Call to Case Field Mapping

Can you add a new 1:N relationship between Phone Call and Case and add field mapping between the two entities so that newly created fields on the phone call can map to the Case during phone to case creation? Does the relationship need to be on the Phone Call entity or the Case? Need a direction to go in or shown a better way. Would appreciate the help. Thanks!

    Hi Ronald,

    I thin your best option is to create a custom action or maybe a Plug-in. The action can be called via a custom button on the Phone Call Form, which then does the logic that you described above (creates a case and copies the required fields)
