How to open the environment in this issue

    can other users open the environment? Have you tried opening environment using inPrivate or Incognito mode?

    if other users can open the environment then it could user permission.

    There are no other users to access the environment,

    There are three environments but one of them does not open.

    I see

    I also see Azure AD tenant is "null" have you checked with Microsoft on this or your partner? I mean that could be the issue.

    Are the 3 enviornments in the same tenant ?

    If not it could be a license issue in the environment you try to open.

    Hi, Is there any error message in Admin Center -> Telemetry?

    If not, and this is a Production environment, please use Report Procution Outage.
