I have uses vscode and i have installed the AL extension. I know AL somewhat and have gone thru the exercise
for creating and publishing API Car Model.
Now I would like to publish the APIV2SalesInvoce
I have created some sales Invoices and now would like to Post them.
So I want to run the following Post procedure in the APIV2SalesInvoce extension:

[Scope('Cloud')]
procedure Post(var ActionContext: WebServiceActionContext)
[Scope('Cloud')]
procedure Post(var ActionContext: WebServiceActionContext)
Question - do I need to publish the full APIV2SalesInvoce extension or just the Post procedure.
