Hi all,

In Customer Lookup "My Active Accounts view" is returning empty and show only my records is not working(in all the views) Kindly see the following two images and suggest me what to do?

Curious to know which form are you referring to ? You might wnat to check lookup field properties, there could be Related Record Filtering set. Or check if there is any script on the form that sets the presearch filter for the lookup.

can you re-phrase your issue? I did not understand what is happening there

the 2 screenshots are the same, which is also not helping
