Hi there,
We have had a lot of employees come to management saying they did not have enough tax taken off a....which is leaving them having to pay extra income tax.
We are wondering if anyone else that runs the Canadian Payroll are experiencing the same issue.??

Hi Tami,
Welcome to the wonderful world of the Canadian Payroll... :-) Our PR master did the same observation and made several validation, to discover that somehow GP doesn't do the calculation 100% right and lacks of tax withholding in some cases.
This is a topic that we want to have conference call with Microsoft to bring up the various problems we discovered. What bugs me is that either too few companies are using the CPY module in GP to make a difference, or if that is reported to the partners, nobody cares about the problems :-).
I can put you in relation with our PR master to have a deeper discussion about the issues, as I'm not a payroll specialist.
