Hello all,
Now that we have finally moved to the cloud, we want to look at more automation especially around our warehouse and logistics module. We use the advanced WMS with direct put away and pick but this can be prone to errors and the users find it a little manual. So just wondering if there is any automation and barcoding methods, we night be able to use in the future?
I did do some research and came across this useful thread and wonder if this is still relevant in the new copilot/AI era for BC26?

    Yes, with Business Central (especially BC26 and beyond), there are definitely opportunities to automate warehouse processes further using barcoding, handheld devices, and even AI-powered tools. You can integrate barcode scanners with Business Central via mobile WMS solutions to streamline put-away and picking. These reduce manual errors and improve accuracy.

    Additionally, while Copilot and AI features are still evolving in the warehouse space, they are starting to support smarter suggestions and improved user experiences. The thread you referenced is still relevant, but newer tech like AI, Power Automate, and Power Apps now offer even more options.
