Do you have any bulk execution tasks running at that time?  Perhaps check System Jobs.  Also worth investigating whether you have any third party applications accessing CRM at that time.

Firstly try to rule out issues outside of CRM. I have seen "CRM" grind to a halt every Monday morning when the business activity simply caused our whole network to slow down.

Look for system jobs that might be running. Also look for workflows that have been in a wait state. Are they all waiting until the same time each day?

Do you have any bulk delete jobs which could slow the system.

Another thing I've seen is when data loads are happening. Have you (for example) got any Scribe jobs that load data each day. I've seen those kill CRM performance when large uploads happen during the day.

Also, look for patterns in your business. I have seen the system go slow every Tuesday morning. As we has a sales meeting every Tuesday afternoon and loads of user would run reports as prep for the weekly meeting! And do marketing send out campaigns on a regular basis.

    Is this on-premise or online?

If on-premise how is your SQL server doing in terms of performance?

Open task manger or query analyzer to at take a look.
