Problem:
We have lately had some issues regarding universal print not working properly, but this is now resolved.
BUT during universal print issues, we circumvented this by using preview print instead, and printed from the preview window. My problem is now that instead of printing the previewed PDF it downloads the pdf and gives no option of whether send to printer or download. instead it closes the menu and downloads the pdf directly. we then have to open the file and print locally on the computer.
any help would be much appreciated.
Hi, I just tested it and there is no problem, this seems to be related to the setting of Browser, can you switch to New Edge or Chrome to try it again?

I am in BC SaaS 19.2 and tried Preview today and all worked as expected. We had similar issue a few months ago and turn out our browser (Chrome) was causing it. Can you try on FireFox (since Edge is also on Chrome) and see if it makes any difference?
I have not used universal print myself. I can see that there have been issues around it.
