microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook EROR

Hi 

i have Microsoft Dynamics 365 update 2.2

and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook

error When I want to configure the client computers with the microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook , But there is no problem with the CRM server.

    This can happen when you have more than one version of Office installed. 2010 and 2016 share the Interop Assemblies, and Dynamics CRM relies on these to function properly. Per Microsoft Premier, they recommend you do the following:

    The error being experienced is indicative of an Outlook issue, usually caused by multiple installations of Outlook causing the Dynamics 365 Outlook client to not be able to connect to Outlook properly. We found that Office 2010 and 2016 are installed at the same time, and due to this, I advised the following steps be taken to see if it changes the behavior being seen:

    1. Uninstall Office 2010

    2. Run an Online Repair of Office 2016

    3. Ensure the that the current user logged in is a local administrator.

    4. Open the Diagnostics application installed alongside the Outlook Client -> Advanced Troubleshooting-> Delete Dynamics 365/ CRM cache using delete button.

    5. Clear all the cache Browsing history data and temporary internet files from IE. (Run command->inetcpl.cpl-> delete-> temporary files/ cookies)

    6. Uninstall all Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Office Outlook and SQL Compact/ CLR components from Add or Remove Programs

    7. Delete following folders:

                                   â€¢             (Local) %localAppdata%\Microsoft\MSCRM

                                   â€¢             (Roaming) %Appdata%\Microsoft\MSCRM

    8. Reinstall the Outlook client. Ensure that the version of the client that is installed matches or is a higher version that the CRM organization you are connecting to:

                                   â€¢ 8.0- www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

                                   â€¢ 8.1- www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

                                   â€¢ 8.2- www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

                                   â€¢ 8.2.1- www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx                      

    9. Launch Outlook, configure organization using Configuration wizard popup.

    10. Ensure able to load the Dynamics 365/ CRM tab along top of Outlook application ribbon.

    I recommand installing the App for Outlook. There is a second app for outlook that is more stable. You add it on you exchange server and it install itself on the client, like magic.
