Hi

I have setup a product dimension group that has both colour and size active, but only size is active for purchase/ sales .

This now allows me to add pricing as follows

Size A | Colour (blank) Value $ X

Size B | Colour (blank) Value $ Y

This works well in all my trade agreements as expected. however I wish this logic to flow through to the calculated costs as well?

Currently when cost price by variant is selected it still breaks this down to each and every variant instead of just one line per size.

Any ideas on a possible solution ?

Hi Charles,

According to your description, you can enable the use of cost price by variant setting for products in Cost management>Cost administration>Released products, and you can check out the following links for questions and discussions related to you, if needed.

Thanks for your reply, however I have already activated this value in released products, the problem I have is with the pending / actove costs.

Ultimately by setting my product dimension group as

EG, Colour & Size but only size is active for purchase and sales orders I am able to load only 2 lines in my trade agreement 1 per size and all colours of that size attract the same Purchase or Sales price. The issue at the end is that under manage costs the cost is then split down to each colour & size again.
