Consume Full LP not working on Register material consumption in D365

I'm trying to register material consumption in D365 and use the 'Consume Full LP' option, but it's not working. Can you explain why this might be happening and how I can fix it?

    Thanks for the reply.
     
    The eror i am receiving is "Quantity is not valid". Looks like the conversion is an issue. We are using BOM unit in KM and consumption unit (Warehouse app) as KG. Both units are 4 decimals and conversion rates are in two decimals. This is affecting the consumptions. I am not sure what is the exact issue.

    Can you try to increase the decimal precision field to 4 in unit form for both the units and try to do the register the material.

    Yet another issue with Negative physical inventory enabled. 
     
    When we enable the negative physical inventory, system will always fail with"Consume Full LP".
