2016 Year-end update for GP 2013

On page 18 of chapter 4 of the Microsoft Dynamics GP Year-End Update guide, it says the download file for U.S. English for Dynamics GP 2013 is 'MicrosoftDynamicsGP12-KB3194376-ENU'.

I am unable to locate this file Can you tell me where it is located?

Thanks for your reply. On the way to work this morning, I thought I’d do a Google search and found the correct download (…KB3194376-ENU.msp) immediately. Yesterday, I killed almost an hour looking for it in the customer support portal. In fact I did a search in the portal for KB3194376 and got a ‘Sorry No Results match your search’ response.

You’d think they could make it easier…

RE: 2016 Year-end update for GP 2013

Every year end I always seem to have the same trouble finding the "right" update too. Especially since this only happens once a year :-) The file shown in the 2016 YE update pdf does not show up under the normal file download links Service Pack, Hotfix, and Compliance Update Patch Releases for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 for some reason, but is usually on a separate blog post for some crazy reason, U.S. Payroll Year-End Update for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013.

It looks like there are 2 versions if 2130, a Canadian/US Tax Update version from 12/15/2016 and a US Payroll Tax update from 11/15/2016. Both show to be version 12.00.2130, which is super confusing to me. Do they both need to be applied, does one supercede another? Whats the difference between the tax and payroll year end updates other than tax and payroll?
