I need to know , how does a web application and outlook are integrated.

internally what actually happens ?

can anyone help me in understanding this?

i am more interested technical front.

    Hello Rajkumar,

    I know the steps for outlook to crm integration.

    i am more concerned here with the thing that how crm application is getting loaded within outlook.

    i need to know Role of primary email w.r.t to integration between crm and outlook

    is it just working based on Primary email or something else.

    How do i know more technically, or whatever you have put , that much only the technical part.
