Recently we change our CRM 4.0 to CRM 2011. We are facing some problems. When we are closing a
solicitation the workflow executes 4 times. We have no idea where the error is.

I'm assuming Solicitation is a custom entity you created? What are the values for "Start When" for this workflow? Is it getting triggered off of multiple actions in CRM? Possibly a status change AND a field value change?
