Create Return Window - Create RMA checkbox default

 I don't suppose anyone knows how to have the Create RMA check box NOT default to checked when the Create Return window opens?  It seems like it should be fairly simple but I've looked everywhere with no luck.  We're on GP 10Sp2.

 The window here:   Sales - Sales Transaction Entry - Additional - Create Return

 On our system, since we registered the RMA module, this box is always checked when you open the Create Return window and it's quite annoying for some of our users.

    Hi Jamie

    If you are not using Returns Management module in GP, do the following steps.

    • Go to the Registration window from Tools >> Setup >> System >> Registration
    • Uncheck the Returns Management module in the list of mosules listed below. It should be checked for you, since you have registered that module.
    • Once unchecked, click OK on the registration window and then try to access the Create Return window and these RMA fields would be protected and unchecked.

    This is the only work around if you want it unchecked by default and especially if you are not using Returns Management module.

    Thanks for your help,Sivakumar.

    I figured it was something like that.  I guess this is something for the MS product suggestions page, "Please give us the option to have this default or not default based on a company setting."
