Inegrtion Issues in Business Central

Hello Every One!
I am using two environments at same tenant Production and sandbox. Live environment integration has been successfully installed and integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and also synchronized and coupled.

  1. Production
  2. Sandbox

On the other side, when I integrate dynamics 365 sales Sandbox with business central sandbox environment for the same tenant it does not synchronize with production and couple.

  • Synchronized job ques failed
  • Salesperson synchronization failed
  • Items-production synchronization failed
  • Customer Synchronization failed
