Transaction codes for electronic reconcile

Hi,

I am setting up Electronic Reconcile for my client who is running Dynamics 10.1061.  In the Transaction Codes section, there are no options for  Other Expense, Other Income or Service Charge.  I have these options on my GP 10.1368 install

Is it because of he service pack difference why these other optons ae not present on the client's GP install ?

    Hi Tracy,

    Thanks for your post.

    We've had several bugs (30072, 48824, 49846) regarding this, where these Transaction Code options are missing on earlier versions of GP.  These bugs were eventually fixed in SP3 of 10.0 and also in RTM of GP 2010, so you are correct that it is a service pack issue.  I would recommend updating them to at least Service Pack 5 or higher for 10.0.

    I upgraded my client to sp5 and the transaction codes are now there.
