I have a new code and trying to run the code. The code is running on the server correctly, but I'm getting the following error:

I also can't open the object designer it keeps loading but nothing happens. Am I missing an installation? It's new code that I'm trying to build.

I just found out what I was missing. I didn't download the symbols.
