I would like to use a chat application which needs to be integrated with CRM for customers to communnicate with the CSR.
Any help or guidance to the best Chat application which couples with CRM is highly appreciated.

Hi,
Recently I have done integration between livechatinc.com cloud chat solution and dynamics CRM. We have developed intermediate restful wcf service and exposed an end point to LiveChatInc system. LiveChat system pushes chat feeds to wcf, and this wcf service have logic to create a case and activity into the crm system (internally uses xrm sdk).
You can choose best Chat application which caters your business requirement and pricing is another aspect.

Personally I did not get this requirement from any client so far, but there are add-ons which can be used to implement for this requirement. Did you already checked them ??
