Can the MS Office (non-cloud) apps be used with CRM 365, or does CRM 365 require the Office 365 Apps (particularly the Outlook CRM Client)?  I just recently installed MS Office 2016, but will now be working with CRM 365.  // Thanks

    Hello,

    Yes, MS Office 2016 will work with Dyn 365.

    You can follow this guideline for the Outlook CRM Client:
