Hi there,
We are looking to integrate MailChimp with Dynamics 365, for email blasts and statistics.
Anyone has been using connectors on the market?
The Cazoomi (SyncApps) and PowerMailChimp seem to be performing well as we need to sync Marketing Lists, but also sync contacts (hardbounces) into CRM.
PowerMailChimp is pretty expensive though (at $2/user(any)/month). We have around 150 users but only 2 in marketing...
Anyone has experience/recommendations?
Thanks!

Hi,
Check out Marketing4Dynamics – it is a productivity app providing integration between Dynamics 365 CRM and Mailchimp. You can sync CRM Marketing List and Mailchimp Audiences, Tags and Segments with ease. Complete details of marketing campaigns and other member activities executed through Mailchimp is made available within Dynamics 365 CRM. For more info, click here.
Thanks!
Hi Michael, I am investigating this for use in conservation in Aotearoa New Zealand. Most orgs currently use free mailchimp accounts and we are moving to using Dynamics CRM. Sending out decent looking emails is a real issue for Dynamics. Click is too expensive and overkill or our uses. How are you using Skyvia and what does it do for you. I have a scheduled sales session with them soon. Interested to hear of issues you are having too. Thanks
Try out Skyvia (skyvia.com/.../integrate-dynamics-crm-mailchimp). I'm pretty satisfied with this tool. Also, it may be much cheaper because their pricing depends on data volume instead of users' amount.
Afaik, Mailchimp integrates with MS Dynamics using a free add-on. Found this for you:
connect.mailchimp.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-crm
Does that help?
Hi,
I used PowerMailChimp and it's a very good tool. Here are some disadvantages through:
- No matter how many people use the add-on, PowerMailChimp will charge all users with a CRM licence
- Only partial integration as you have to go through the website to create templates
Don't forget that you also have to pay according to the numbers of subscribers (this can be expensive if you have a lot of contacts you send emails to).
If you only care for email blasts and statistics, MailChimp can be the right tool for you. I did not try the automation though and the use of webforms.
Hope it can help!
