In Microsoft Dynamics 365, after downloading the setup, only two components are provided: a) Business Central Shell b) Business Central Browser (BC server 240) However, the Business Central Administration Panel is missing, which is required to manage the BC server.
When trying to connect to the instance using the Get-NAVServerInstance command, the following error is encountered:
Get-NAVServerInstance
"Access is denied. You need to be a member of the local Administrators group on the server to run this cmdlet."
When attempting to start the Business Central (BC) server manually, an Error 1053 appears.
All of this is being done within an AWS Workspace environment.
