Hello,
 
Have you ever come across cases when for a given sales order line, the "Expected date" on the transaction (Inventtrans.DateExpected) is not the requested or confirmed ship date of the sales order line ?

    Hi,
     
    On the case above, delivery date control is none and there is no transport time, calendars are open 5d/w year round
    No reservations either, no stock, supply order is not even created

    Yes, it’s possible and expected in some cases. The InventTrans.Expected date reflects when inventory movement is expected, which can differ from the Requested or Confirmed ship date due to:

    Delivery date control (ATP/CTP)

    Inventory availability/reservation timing

    Warehouse calendars and transport times

    Manual changes to dates after reservation

    So a mismatch is not necessarily an error but a result of system logic.
