Hello,
You could find the softwaredevelopmentkit.pdf, CustomizationManager.pdf & customizationMgrReferenceVBA.pdf files under the User Guides folder of Dynamics SL SDK folder. Also you could find those files under User Guides folder of SL root folder if you have already installed the user guides while installing the SL software in your system.
Softwaredevelopmentkit.pdf is used for SL SDK application development (Custom Screen Development).
Other two pdf files are used to customize the standard screens.
